Refund policy

Due to the nature of selling living products, we do not offer returns or exchanges as a rule. All sales are final. The responsibility of care for the health of your tree transfers from STF upon purchase. In special cases where care is not the cause of a tree’s death we are willing to return or exchange up to 1 year from purchase with proof of sale. Please note these are done on a case by case basis. 

Please note that since our inventory is based on tree size (and that trees grow at different rates) inventory can not be 100% guaranteed and availability is subject to change.
